Scarlett Family Foundation Scholarship

Award: $15,000, Deadline: December 15

Applicant must be a high school senior or college freshman, sophomore, or junior who will graduate or have graduated from high school in Middle Tennessee and will be enrolling in a four-year not-for-profit college or university. Applicant must be a business major or STEM major and be able to demonstrate financial need. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

New York Women in Communications Foundation Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: January 15

Applicant must be a student from New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania majoring or (for high school seniors) declaring a major in a communications-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Selection is based upon academic excellence and need and involvement in the field of communications.

 

NABA National Scholarship Program

Award: $10,000, Deadline: January 31

Applicant must be a current or potential member of NABA of ethnic minority, be enrolled full-time in an United States college or university, and meet a minimum GPA. Personal statement, resume, two letters of recommendation and an essay are required to be submitted.

 

Lyle Mamer Fellowship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be pursuing graduate work toward an advanced degree in any phase of the utility industry. Selection is based upon academic aptitude, vocational promise, character, financial need, and willingness to continue a career in a field related to electrical energy. These fields include communications, education, electrical engineering, electric utilities, extension work, housing and home furnishings, journalism, manufacturers of electrical household equipment, marketing, radio, research, and television.

 

Florida Bankers Educational Foundation Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: February 15; May 15; August 15; November 15

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, take 12 credits hours a year and be attending one of the FBEF's participating universities. Applicant must plan to work at a Florida bank after graduation.

 

Julia Kiene Fellowship in Electrical Energy

Award: $2,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be pursuing graduate work toward an advanced degree in the electrical industry. Selection is based upon academic aptitude, vocational promise, character, financial need, and willingness to continue a career in a field related to the utility industry and related fields.

HPRA Scholarship

Applicant must be an outstanding undergraduate Hispanic student who is pursuing a career in public relations and related communications fields.

 

Tausche Martin Lonsdorf Scholarship

Selection is based upon academic merit, character, and need.

Marvin Stein Endowed Scholarship

Award: $700, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of Midland, Saginaw, or Bay City, Mich. Preference will be given to students with associate degrees in marketing or retailing from the Michigan campus. Selection based upon academic excellence, financial need is considered but not required.

 

Willo Anker Endowed Scholarship

Award: $2,800, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement and career interest.

 

AWC Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a Washington resident attending a Washington four-year school. Selection is based upon financial need and academic achievement.

 

Coastal Bend Food Industry Scholarship

Award: $250, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and must have completed at least 60 credit hours with a minimum of six credit hours of marketing with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Tau Alpha Lambda Business Scholarship

Award: $800, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be an active Tau Alpha Lambda member and a degree-seeking student enrolled in at least nine semester hours (undergraduate) or six semester hours (graduate), have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (undergraduate) or 3.8 cumulative GPA (graduate), have completed at least six semester hours of business at Texas A&M U - Texarkana and have a minimum 3.0 GPA (undergraduate) or 3.5 GPA (graduate) in accounting, economics, finance, management, management information systems, and marketing courses at Texas A&M U - Texarkana, and be a resident of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Texas residing in school's service area.

 

M.S. in Marketing Fellows Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 2

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA; a minimum 550 TOEFL score is required of international students. Selection is based upon excellence or potential for excellence in the area of marketing.

 

Robert E. Moore Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 2

Applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA (graduates); minimum 2.75 GPA for undergraduates. Selection is based upon financial need.

 

Pittsburgh Auto Trade Association Annual Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen with a minimum 2.5 GPA. First preference will be given to a student from Pittsburgh, followed by the state of Pennsylvania.

 

Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association Scholarship

Applicant must be of minority decent, attended high school in the Metro Detroit area or Southeastern Michigan region. Financial need is a consideration, a minimum 2.5 GPA and an acceptable SAT score. Interview is required.

Applicant must be a senior who has a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has demonstrated the finest qualities of leadership through participation in campus organizations and has rendered service of significant benefit to the campus community.

 

Alumni Association Scholarship

Applicant must demonstrate community leadership and have met the award criteria established by the Alumni Association's Scholarship Committee. Applicant must have completed 12 credits last semester and 24 credits at Bridgewater State College as of December 31. Applicants who have transferred from Massachusetts Community Colleges, Dean College, or Quincy College are eligible to apply.

Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 who is of African-American, Asian/Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic heritage. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and plan to enroll as a full-time student pursuing a degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, marketing, mathematics, or statistics at a four-year accredited institution in the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam during the upcoming academic year.
