The Wagner Family Scholarship at Baltimore City College

Award: $10,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior at Baltimore City College who has applied to, or been accepted at, an accredited U.S. college or university. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

The Charles Crane Family Foundation Grant Program for Jewish Studies

Award: $5,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a high school graduate who is planning to spend a year pursuing post-secondary Judaic studies full-time in Israel, is already enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university who want to spend a semester or academic year engaging in Judaic studies at an institution in Israel, or who has declared a jewish studies major at any U.S. or Israeli college, university, yeshiva or seminary.

 

The Leonard and Helen R. Stulman Endowed Scholars Program

Award: $5,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is enrolled or enrolling in a full-time masters degree program in social work or other mental health fields at an accredited university in the MD/D.C. region, is fluent in english and another language, and will work full-time as a bilingual specialist in a mental health field in Maryland for each year funded. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

JSSA Scholarship for Graduate Studies

Award: $3,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a Jewish resident under the age of 30 who is from the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and has been accepted into an accredited four-year graduate program on a full-time basis. Selection is based primarily upon financial need.

 

Mildred M. Coughlin Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating female from Western High School who will attend a four-year liberal arts college or university. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

Digital Harbor High School Community Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: April 2

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Digital Harbor High School who will attend a two- or four-year college or university. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

Arthur W. Elder II Scholarship

Award: $1,250, Deadline: April 2

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Baltimore City, MD high school who will enroll full-time at an accredited four-year college or university. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

Ercole Family Nursing Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Baltimore County, MD high school who will pursue a nursing degree at an accredited two- or four-year college or university. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

Walther H. Feldmann Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Baltimore Polytechnic High School who has demonstrated leadership qualities and is in the top 25% of the graduating class.

 

Greenberg Community College Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Baltimore County, MD high school who will attend an accredited community college in the state of Maryland. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

Irvin Ricardo Horne Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior male from a Baltimore City, MD high school who will enroll full-time at the University of Maryland at College Park. Financial need and minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

Legg Mason's Community College Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Baltimore City public high school who will enroll in a community college in Maryland. Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

MIEA Study Abroad Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 2

Applicant must be a resident of Maryland attending a post-secondary institution in Maryland who will participate in a credit-bearing study abroad program. Minimum 3.2 GPA required.

 

Christa McAuliffe Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Maryland who will enroll in an accredited college or university in Maryland in a program leading to teacher certification. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

One Step Up College Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior female from a Baltimore City public high school who will attend an accredited four-year college or university full-time. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

Retired Public School Employees Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Baltimore City high school who will pursue an education major at a two- of four-year college or university. Financial need and minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA required.

 

Al Sanders Foundation for Music Studies Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Baltimore County high school who will pursue a degree in music from an accredited four-year college or university. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.
