Applicant must have a minimum 3.2 GPA, minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1200, and be an incoming freshman student or transfer student.

Applicant must be a Native Canadian (status Indian, non-status Indian, Metis, Inuit) who attended high school in a Western Canadian province, Yukon, the Northwest Territory, or Nunavut and has a minimum 3.2 GPA. Selection is based upon academic merit and extracurricular activities involving contribution to the native community.

The Director of International Education will choose the award recipients based on their admissions application and transcript.

Applicant must be either a Saskatchewan student or the child of an alumni who is living outside of Saskatchewan and has graduated or is graduating from a Canadian high school.
