Beverley Jackson Fellowship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: November 1

Applicant must be a woman, over the age of 35, who is a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant and is attending an Ontario University.

 

St. Willibrord Community Credit Union Admission

Award: $1,500, Deadline: None

Applicant needs high academic standing (minimum 80%). Preference given to many Ontario counties, must be a dependent of a faculty member.

 

City of St. Thomas/Colin McGregor Memorial Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: None

Applicant must be a resident of St. Thomas, Ontario and must have a grade average of 80, and be a full-time student. Awarded to one male and one female.

 

President's International Scholar Award

Award: $3,000, Deadline: None

Applicant must be enrolled as a full-time student, maintain a residence outside of New York and international student status, maintain normal academic progress, live in a university residence hall, and maintain a 3.0 GPA. The Director of International Education will choose the award recipients based on their admissions application and transcript.

 

Provincial Award

Applicant must have a minimum 2.0 GPA, be enrolled in at least 12 credits per semester, and come from a Canadian province other than Manitoba or Saskatchewan.

 

Adele Turcotte Memorial Award

Award: $5,000, Deadline: October 2

Applicant must be a Canadian Citizen an and Ontario resident enrolled full-time in the School of Fashion. A minimum 2.5 GPA and financial need are required.

 

Pierre Lassonde Entrance Awards in Engineering

Award: $6,000, Deadline: May 15

Applicant must be a Canadian citizen and a resident of Ontario who is a freshman enrolled-full time in the engineering program with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Financial need, leadership, and academic achievement are required.

 

Aboriginal Postsecondary Education and Training Bursary

Applicant must be of aboriginal descent, demonstrate financial need and meet Ontario residency requirements.

 

Andrew Puim Memorial Bursary

Award: $300, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a varsity athlete at Brock University, who demonstrates financial need, meets Ontario residency requirements, and has a minimum average of 70%. Preference given first to men's soccer players, then to female soccer players.

 

Annette Dillon Urlocker Bursary

Award: $475, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a female student raising children and completing a degree on a part-time basis, who demonstrates financial need and meets Ontario residency requirements.

 

Canadian Federation of University Women Welland and District Bursary

Award: $1,200, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a mature female student who is continuing her interrupted education, demonstrates financial need, and meets Ontario residency requirements. Preference given to Niagara area residents.
