Vermont Healthcare Human Resources Association Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 9

Applicant must be a resident of Vermont who will pursue a degree in healthcare and/or human resources at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding and intends to work in Vermont for a minimum of one year. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

Medcenter One Nursing Student Tuition Loan Program

Award: $2,750, Deadline: None

Applicant must meet the admission requirements and maintain the necessary standards to remain a student in the college.

 

Leadership Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must demonstrate a background in leadership and community activities and have a minimum 3.3 GPA and minimum composite ACT score of 24 (combined SAT score of 1110).

 

Maine Difference Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 30

Applicant must be a Maine resident attending a Maine college or university. Applicant's studies must focus on the ecology and economics of Maine.

 

Conditional Grant Program

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a Texas resident, must be economically disadvantaged, and must attend a four-year public college or university in Texas.

 

NGAA Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be an Arkansas Guard member or their dependent.

 

War Veterans and Disabled Veterans Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a United States citizen enrolled in an accredited two- or four-year institution in the United States who meets the following criteria: is on active duty in the uniformed military services or is an honorably discharged U.S. military veteran (including Reservist and National Guard personnel); who has served in Enduring Freedom Afghanistan or Iraqi Freedom combat operations; or is disabled as a result of combat operations in OEF or OIE. Applicant must be able to submit a copy of Certificate of Service or Discharge Form DD214. Veterans returning to school may apply as a freshman and/or be enrolled as a part-time student in a two-year or four-year institution.

 

Diversity Scholarship

Applicant must be a white graduate of an Alabama high school, and must have at least one parent or guardian residing in Alabama.

 

Married Student and Family Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: August 1

Awarded to each full-time spouse or dependent family member who attends the college.

 

Economic Club of Grand Rapids Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be pursuing business degree, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be a full time student.

 

Academic Scholarship

Applicant must be an entering student who has completed enough credit hours to transfer as a junior and has taken no classes at Athens St U. Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and two letters of recommendation.

 

Children of Deaf Adults (CODA) International Scholarship

Applicant must be the hearing child of at least one deaf parent. Application, essay, transcript, and letters of recommendation are required.

 

International Student Scholarship

Applicant must not be a U.S. citizen and must be attending school on an F-1 Visa. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA be enrolled full-time, and can not be eligible for federal and state aid. Applicant must have completed two semesters to qualify.

Underwood-Smith Teacher Scholarship

Applicant must be a West Virginia resident who are or will be enrolled on a full-time basis in an accredited institution of higher education in West Virginia pursuing a course of study leading to a teacher certificate at the pre-school, middle, or secondary level in West Virginia.

 

Pellegrini Scholarship

Applicant must be of Swiss descent or have one parent who is a Swiss citizen, and be a permanent resident of Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.

 

Undergraduate Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a dues-paying member of Delta Delta Delta. Selection is based upon academic achievement, community/campus involvement, Delta Delta Delta involvement, and financial need.

 

Trinity College of Vermont Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 9

Applicant must be a resident of Vermont pursuing a degree in social work or education at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding. Financial need, community involvement/service and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

Athletic Grant

CERT Scholars Fund

Award: $1,000, Deadline: September 15 (fall); February 15 (spring)

Applicant must be a member of an American Indian tribe and must have successfully completed a high school summer transition program offered by CERT or a tribal internship program. Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate (12 hours/semester) or graduate (9 hours/semester) student enrolled at an accredited two or four year tribal, private, or public university or college.

 

Presidential Tuition Scholarship

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen, be an undergraduate working toward first bachelor's degree, have completed at least 56 credit hours at an accredited institution, have a minimum 2.3 GPA, be eligible for financial aid with an annual family income of $12,000 or less or annual single income of $19,000 or less, and be one of the following: educationally and economically disadvantaged and member of a minority that has been historically underrepresented in colleges, a single parent with demonstrated financial need, or certifiably handicapped with demonstrated financial need.

 

Transfer Scholarship

Applicant must have completed at least 24 semester hours and have a minimum 3.0 GPA; minimum 3.5 GPA required for $4,000 award.

 

Educational Foundation of the KYCPA Scholarships

Applicant must be enrolled in a Kentucky college or university and be at least a sophomore at the time of application. Principles of Accounting must have been completed by applicant.

 

IAESTE United States Scholarship
