Special Undergraduate Academic Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a minimum combined SAT I score of 1500 (composite ACT score of 21).

 

Jacob Oberly Earth Science Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and major in earth and space science education.

 

Michele Towers Scholarship

Award: $900, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and between 30 and 95 credits. Orientation to service and commitment to teaching are required to be demonstrated.

 

Lorna (Belyea) Glencross Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 1 (Priority)

Applicant must graduate from Saint John High School.

 

Gates Millennium Scholars

Award: $5,000, Deadline: January 12

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior with a minimum 3.3 GPA on a 4.0 scale, demonstrated leadership skills, and significant financial need. Applicant must be looking to pursue their studies in mathematics, science, engineering, education, public health, or library science. Scholars program aims to promote academic excellence and to provide an opportunity for outstanding minority students with significant financial need to reach their highest potential.

 

College of Education Dean's Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must have a minimum 2.8 GPA. Preference is given to minorities.

 

Helen Brua Gettig Memorial Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and graduate from either Riverside or Lincoln High School or any high school in Lawrence County, PA or Beaver County, PA.

 

Russell E. and Alma B. Hemphill Memorial Scholarship
