Applicant must have a general class amateur radio license and be attending school in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Preference is given to residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont who are majoring in communications, electronics, and related fields.

Out-of-State Tuition Assistance Scholarship

Applicant must be a spouse or child of a veteran who is permanently and totally disabled due to a service-connected cause, and must plan to attend a public Maine school.
