Out-of-State Capstone Scholar

Award: $1,500, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be an out-of-state first-time freshman student with a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA and a minimum composite ACT score of 27 (combined SAT Reasoning score between 1210 and 1240).

 

Out-of-State Grant

Award: $3,000, Deadline: None

Applicant must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and be a resident of any state except Kansas. FAFSA is required.

 

Tom and Judith Comstock Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must have an amateur radio license and be accepted at a two- or four-year college. Preference is given to residents of Oklahoma or Texas.

 

Fred R. McDaniel Memorial Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must have at least a general class amateur radio license and be attending school in the FCC Fifth Call District (Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas). Preference is given to residents of Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas who have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Out-of-State Tuition Assistance Scholarship

Applicant must show academic ability and not be a resident of Idaho.

 

Regional University Baccalaureate Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Oklahoma.

 

McNair Scholars Award

Applicant must be from outside South Carolina. Selection is based upon academic achievement, leadership, and character.

 

Mt. Garfield Non-Resident Scholarship

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of any state other than Colorado, and have a minimum 3.2 GPA.

 

Phi Theta Kappa In-State Transfer Scholarship

University Historian Club Scholarship

Priority given to an applicant who is an active historian club member and a degree- or certificate-seeking student majoring in history or an academic specialization or teaching field, enrolled in at least six semester hours, have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (undergraduates) or 3.5 cumulative GPA (graduates), have completed at least six semester hours of history at Texas A&M U - Texarkana and have a minimum 3.5 GPA (undergraduates) or 3.9 GPA (graduates) in history with no grade below "B" in history courses, and must be a resident of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Texas residing in school's service area.

TEXAR Federal Teachers Credit Union Endowment Scholarship
