Judy Straw Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Jackson County high school who participated in 4-H, FFA, or another related agricultural club and will major in agriculture at a public or nonprofit college or university. FAFSA required.

 

Umatilla County Cattlemen's Association Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of a Morrow or Umatilla County high school who will be enrolling as a college sophomore or above in an agriculture-related field at Blue Mountain Community College, Eastern Oregon University, Oregon State University, University of Idaho, or Washington State University. FAFSA and essay required.

 

Union County Cattlewomen's Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must enroll as a college junior or above for the fall term at a four-year public college or university in Oregon majoring in agriculture education, animal science, or an agriculture-related industry.

 

Blackford Agriculture Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Blackford County who plans to pursue a two- or four-year course of study in an agriculture-related field at a college or university in Indiana.

 

Boone County Agriculture Scholarship for High School Seniors

Award: $3,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Boone County high school who will pursue a post secondary education in an agriculture related field. Essay and minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Charlotte Carr Tyre Scholarship

Award: $8,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Boone County high school who will major in an agriculture-related field at Purdue University in West Lafayette. Essay and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Carl H. Witt Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Boone County high school who resides in Boone County and will attend a college or university in Indiana majoring in agriculture or business. Essay and minimum 2.0 GPA required.

 

McKinley Vance Agri-Business Scholarship

Award: $1,020, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Daviess County high school who ranks in the upper third of their class, has participated in 4-H for at least four years, and is enrolling in a bachelor's degree program at a college or university pursuing a degree in the field of agriculture.

 

Harrell and LaVern Shoultz Scholarship

Award: $1,140, Deadline: January 16

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Pike Central High School who plans to pursue a degree in agriculture at an accredited college or university.

 

Mac McCutchan Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Posey County high school who will enroll in a two- or four-year degree program in agriculture and/or family and consumer services and has been a member of 4-H for five years and/or FFA for three years. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA required.

 

Posey County Co-op Scholarship

Award: $1,470, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior residing in Posey County, Indiana, who plans to pursue post-secondary education in agriculture, computer technology, electrical maintenance, electronics, mechanical maintenance, or welding at an accredited institution. Minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA required.

 

Oscar and Helen Uebelhack Agriculture Scholarship

Award: $1,280, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Mt. Vernon High School pursuing post-secondary education in agriculture or animal science. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA required.

 

Schmidt-Yeager Scholarship

Award: $990, Deadline: February 27

Applicant must be a resident of Luce Township in Spencer County, Indiana, who has earned at least 18 credit hours towards a college degree within the past ten years and planning to pursue a two- or four-year degree in agriculture or healthcare. Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

Scott Family Agricultural Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Eastern Hancock High School who intends to pursue a two- or four-year degree in an agricultural field full-time. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Frank W. and Edna Mae Barnes Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Cascade High School who will pursue a degree in agriculture or education.

 

J. Howard Beam Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Columbus East, Columbus North, or Hauser High School who will attend Purdue University and major in the field of agriculture.

 

Henry Max Galbraith/East Wenatchee Grange No. 1012 Scholarship

Applicant must be a Douglas County resident who is a graduating senior planning to attend Wenatchee Valley College. Applicant must plan to enroll in a an agriculture, agriculture-related, or allied health sciences field of study.

Applicant must be attending a college or vocational agri-business program in anticipation of a career in agricultural marketing, agricultural management, agriculture technology, animal sciences, farming or natural resources management.
