Ohlson Family Scholarship Fund

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 5

Applicant must be a resident of Sonoma County. Preference will be given to an applicant who has overcome adversity in their life to pursue their objectives.

 

San Joaquin Human Resource Association Scholarship Fund

Award: $500, Deadline: April 2

Applicant must be a resident within San Joaquin County who is a senior in high school planning to attend a two- or four-year university in the fall and major in human resources, business administration, management, psychology, or education. Minimum 3.3 GPA, commitment to service in community, and financial need must be demonstrated.

 

Morton and Susan Rumberg Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: April 30

Applicant must be serving or have served honorably in the United States Armed Forces who is pursuing a degree or teaching credential with an intended career in an educational environment at an accredited college, community college, or university in El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Yolo, or Yuba counties. Minimum 2.75 GPA and financial need must be demonstrated.

 

Dave Chamberlain Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 30

Applicant must be a graduate of Evergreen School District who is pursuing a degree in education.

 

Rick Melching Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 30

Applicant must be a graduate of Evergreen School District in Vancouver, WA who will pursue a degree in education.

 

Doris W. Frey Memorial Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, or Lee County high school who will pursue a degree in ministry, nursing, or medicine.

 

John M. and Mary A. Shanley Memorial Scholarship

Award: $20,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Charlotte, Hendry or Lee County, FL high school who will pursue a degree in accounting, agriculture, architecture, computer science, dentistry, education, engineering, law, medicine, or ministry. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

John I. and Madeleine R. Taeni Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry or Lee County, FL who graduated high school at least two years ago and will pursue emergency medical technician training, nursing or paramedic training.

 

Alpha Delta Kappa Alpha Pi/Fidelis Gamma Chapter Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a female college junior residing in Bay County, MI majoring in education. Minimum 3.2 GPA required.

 

Mary Dupuis & Katherine Gustafson Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School in Bay County, MI who will pursue education in the field of education. Financial need and minimum 2.0 GPA required.

 

Nathan R. Hugo Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay County, MI who will enter the field of elementary education. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduate from Bay City Central High School in Bay County, MI who was admitted to a school of education as a full-time student. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Damon A Simon Memorial Scholarship Fund

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Garber High School entering a four-year university or local community college pursuing a degree in education and/or school administration or guidance counseling. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Peter A. White Educational Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Bay City Central High School who will attend a public college or university in Michigan as a full-time student majoring in business, education, information technology or social sciences.

 

Howard F. Shroeder Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a graduate of Holdrege High School who has completed at least two years of college towards a degree in education. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA required.

 

M.J. Nelson Science Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Holdrege or Loomis High School in Nebraska who will enroll full-time at a post-secondary institution.

 

Rod Smith Educational Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Holdrege High School who will pursue a four-year degree in education full-time. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Wisconsin Dells Teacher's Association Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Wisconsin Dells High School who will pursue a degree in education.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a MAC conference high school who will pursue a bachelor's degree in journalism, sports communication, or sports management full-time. Financial need and minimum 2.5 GPA required.

Applicant must be a graduating senior from United Township High School who will enroll full-time at a post-secondary institution. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required.
