Frank Knox Memorial Fellowship

Award: $20,000, Deadline: November 30

Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who has recently graduated or is about to graduate from an institution which is a member of or affiliated with AUCC. Applicants presently studying in the U.S. are not eligible.

 

Board of Trustees Tuition Grant

Award: -, Deadline: July 1

Applicant must be a member of a North American Baptist church and must plan to serve a North American Baptist church for a minimum of three years after graduation.

 

J. Hugh and Earle W. Fellows Memorial Fund

Award: $120,000, Deadline: Rolling

Applicant must be a permanent resident of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, or Walton County, FL, be of good moral character, and qualified scholastically and intellectually. Ministry majors must be associated with the Episcopal church or a faith whose religious beliefs are not in substantial conflict with the Episcopal church. Recipient must have been accepted by or be successfully pursuing training at an accredited college or university in the appropriate field of study.

 

Joseph E. Campbell Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 1

Selection is based upon GPA.

 

Oregon Ministerial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 30

Applicant must be a resident of Oregon planning a career in full-time ministry as a children's pastor, evangelist, missionary, pastor, or youth pastor, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have completed two full years of college, and should be on the staff of or involved in local church ministry.

 

Patricia Tvedt Ministerial Recruitment Scholarship

Award: $200, Deadline: June 1

Applicant must rank in top quarter of class and plan to enter vocational ministry. Two letters of recommendation required.

 

Magoichi & Shizuko Kato Memorial Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be a member of JACL. Selection is based upon personal statement, letters of recommendation, transcripts, work experience, and community involvement. Preference is given to applicants planning a career in medicine or ministry.

 

Patricia Collins Amaral Memorial Fund

Award: $600, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a senior who has a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has demonstrated the finest qualities of leadership through participation in campus organizations and has rendered service of significant benefit to the campus community.

 

Alumni Association Scholarship

Award: -, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must demonstrate community leadership and have met the award criteria established by the Alumni Association's Scholarship Committee. Applicant must have completed 12 credits last semester and 24 credits at Bridgewater State College as of December 31. Applicants who have transferred from Massachusetts Community Colleges, Dean College, or Quincy College are eligible to apply.

 

Harold & Evelyn Rice Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Boone County high school who will pursue post secondary education in ministry and is a male member of the Dover Christian Church. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Columbus Rotary Scholarship in Honor of Judson S. Erne

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 16

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Bartholomew County high school who will attend a college, university or technical school pursuing a degree in divinity, education, nursing or social work. Community service and minimum 2.0 GPA required.

 

Church, Church, Hittle and Antrim Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 2

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Noblesville or Westfield High School who intend to pursue a career in accounting, law, medicine or ministry. Financial aid must be demonstrated.

 

Doris W. Frey Memorial Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, or Lee County high school who will pursue a degree in ministry, nursing, or medicine.

 

Robert L. Browning Memorial Fund

Award: $250, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior residing in Decatur County, IN who will pursue a career in ministry.

 

The Georgia Harkness Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 5

Applicant must be a female who is at least 35 years old pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at any university senate approved school of theology. Preference given to those who have chosen ministry as a second career. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
