President's Scholarship

Applicant must be nominated by the high school they attend in Canada. Awards students of academic distinction who have made contributions to their school and communities, and demonstrate the potential to become leaders in society.

 

Entre Nous Study Club of Lawton

Applicant must be a sophomore, junior, or senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Anne Rigney Entrance Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 17

Applicant must be a Canadian student entering the Faculty of Arts directly from high school and studying in the area of humanities or social sciences. Selection is based on academic achievement and a letter of reference.

 

Midwest Student Exchange Program

Applicant must be a resident of Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, or North Dakota. Minimum 3.4 GPA and combined SAT Reasoning score of 1090 (composite ACT score of 25) required. Applicant must be majoring in one of the majors listed on sponsor's application page.

 

Harrison-Thompson Bursary Trust

Applicant must be an undergraduate student in one of the following fields of study: applied health science; business; humanities; mathematics; science; social science. Applicant must demonstrate academic excellence and financial need, and meet Ontario residency requirements.

Shauna May Memorial Scholarship

Noet Humanities Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in the humanities. Applicant must fill out a quick one-minute form to be entered. Transcript required of recipients.

 

Diotoma Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate student in the Literature, Language, and Humanities program who has completed at least nine credits. Minimum 3.5 GPA and essay required. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

ISF National Scholarship Program

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 21

Applicants must be accepted by or attend a top-ranked four-year college or university for undergraduate or graduate studies. They must be practicing Muslims and U.S. citizens or permanent residents. They must have college junior standing or higher and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants should be active members of their communities. Selection is based on academic record, school and extracurricular activities, extenuating circumstances and a personal interview.

 

Bill McKnight Legacy Scholarship

Award: $3,250, Deadline: January 13

Applicants must be residents of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington and be high school seniors or college or graduate students (community college, four-year public or private college or university, certificate program, vocational/technical/trade programs, law school, medical/dental/veterinary school or graduate education). Students must be members of the LGBTQ and allied community and display leadership either within the LGBTQ community or within their field of study and demonstrate financial need. Students with additional barriers to education as well as those who are economically, racially, socially, geographically or politically disenfranchised will be given consideration as well. Preference given to applicants from Kitsap County/Bainbridge Island, Washington.

 

ACOR-CAORC Fellowship

Applicant must be an enrolled graduate student, U.S. citizen, pursuing studies in in humanities and the natural and social sciences. Funding is to support Near Eastern studies.
