Virginia Teaching Scholarship/Loan

Award: $3,720, Deadline: None

Applicant must be a male, preparing to teach in elementary and middle school, be a minority student, or be preparing to teach in chemistry, earth sciences, foreign language, mathematics, physics, special education, or technology education. All applicants must be a resident of Virginia, have a recommendation from the school, and have a minimum 2.7 GPA. Award may be used at Virginia colleges or universities with state approved teacher preparation programs only.

 

International Technology Education Association Scholarship - FTE/Undergraduate

Award: $1,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a member of ITEA, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, be a current full-time student, show interest in teaching, and submit faculty recommendations.

 

Sanford and Irene Loef Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.

 

Litherland/FTEE Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a member of ITEA, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, must not be a senior by application deadline, be a current full-time undergraduate. Have three faculty recommendations.

Award: $1,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a member of ITEA, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, must not be a by application deadline. Be a current full-time student, and submit three faculty recommendations.

 

Department of Technology Memorial Fund

Award: $455, Deadline: January 30

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Helena Rubinstein Foundation Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: August 12 (fall); March 16 (spring)

Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has completed at least 15 credits. Current FAFSA must be filed, personal statement, and two letters of recommendation must be submitted.

 

Patricia Collins Amaral Memorial Fund

Award: $600, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a senior who has a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has demonstrated the finest qualities of leadership through participation in campus organizations and has rendered service of significant benefit to the campus community.

 

Alumni Association Scholarship

Award: -, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must demonstrate community leadership and have met the award criteria established by the Alumni Association's Scholarship Committee. Applicant must have completed 12 credits last semester and 24 credits at Bridgewater State College as of December 31. Applicants who have transferred from Massachusetts Community Colleges, Dean College, or Quincy College are eligible to apply.

 

Richard H. Crosser Memorial Scholarship Fund

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Whiteland or Franklin High School who will attend a two- or four-year college or university in Indiana in pursuit of a degree in accounting, architectural engineering, architecture, business, drafting, finance, Industrial arts education, management, mechanical engineering, real estate sales or another field related to the building trades industry. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Marion A. and Eva S. Peeples Foundation Trust Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduate of a high school in Indiana who is attending or will attend a college or university in Indiana and majoring in dietetics, nursing, or technology education.
