Delaware Space Grant College Undergraduate Tuition Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: April 24

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen majoring in engineering, mathematics and geography, science, or technology.

 

Delaware Space Grant College Graduate Fellowship

Award: $30,000, Deadline: April 24

Applicant must be a United States citizen who is performing aerospace-related research in areas such as design or technology.

 

Northrop Grumman Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: February 28

Applicant must be a female full-time student at the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Engineering. Focus on one of the following disciplines is required: civil and materials, electrical and computer, computer science, or mechanical engineering. Applicant must show evidence of above average academic performance (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0). Women of color (African American, Latina, Native American) are encouraged to apply. Application coversheet, biographical statement, current resume or CV (list your education and employment history), UIC transcript, proof of financial aid eligibility, proof of U.S. citizenship (copy of birth certificate or passport), and two letters of recommendation (include at least one from a UIC instructor) required.

 

Parks College of Saint Louis University/SAE Engineering & Technology Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: December 1

Selection is based upon academic achievement and financial need.

 

Allen H. and Nydia Meyers Foundation Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a student residing in a Lenawee County School District who is graduating from a Lenawee County High School. Appliacnt must be planning to attend a school of higher education and major in aeronautics or the sciences/allied fields.

 

Joshua Esch Mitchell Aviation Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: April 1

Selection is based upon academic achievement, extracurricular activities, financial need, personal statement, and one letter of recommendation from an aviation professional.

 

Patricia Collins Amaral Memorial Fund

Award: $600, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a senior who has a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has demonstrated the finest qualities of leadership through participation in campus organizations and has rendered service of significant benefit to the campus community.

 

Alumni Association Scholarship

Award: -, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must demonstrate community leadership and have met the award criteria established by the Alumni Association's Scholarship Committee. Applicant must have completed 12 credits last semester and 24 credits at Bridgewater State College as of December 31. Applicants who have transferred from Massachusetts Community Colleges, Dean College, or Quincy College are eligible to apply.

 

Pateman Scholarship

Award: -, Deadline: June 1 (fall semester and academic year); November 1 (spring semester)

Applicant must be pursuing a career in aeronautics or aerospace engineering. Applicant must have demonstrated financial need.

 

Ellison Onizuka Memorial Scholarship Fund

Award: $5,000, Deadline: February 19

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior planning to major in aerospace engineering or related fields.

 

Spartan School of Aeronautics Aviation Explorer Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be an aviation explorer enrolled in any of these Spartan School of Aeronautics programs: aviation instrument technician, aviation maintenance technician, avionics technician, professional pilot. Three letters of recommendation and short essay required. Application must be approved by applicant's local Learning for Life office for consideration. Applicants over the age of 21 are not eligible.

 

Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Portland Post Scholarship

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be enrolling as a college sophomore or above at a public college or university in an aeronautical, biomedical, chemical, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering program. FAFSA and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

EAA Chapter 1354 Aviation Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Johnson County high school who will pursue a full-time associate or baccalaureate course of study at Purdue University - School of Aviation, Vincennes University, Indiana State University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University or University of Illinois and planning a career as a commercial pilot, transport pilot, airport administration or aeronautical engineering.
