Applicant must be a Mississippi student who is seeking an optometry degree at an approved out-of-state school. Participant may fulfill the service obligation by working as an optometrist in Mississippi for one year for year year of money received.

Minimum 3.0 GPA, minimum composite ACT score of 21, essay, copy of transcript, resume, three letters of recommendation, copy of most recent tax return, and proof of citizenship required.

Applicants must be New Jersey residents. They must be undergraduate juniors, undergraduate seniors or graduate students enrolled in a nursing, allied health professions, healthcare administration or hospital administration degree program.
