Minorities and Women Educational Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 15

Applicant must be a minority and a U.S. citizen with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Transcripts, essay, and two letters of recommendation required.

 

George M. Brooker Collegiate Scholarship for Minorities

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a member of a minority group and a U.S. citizen. Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale within their major and must have completed two courses in real estate or indicate an intent to complete such courses. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA for the academic year for which the award applies or the scholarship may be revoked. Three letters of recommendation and essay (500 words maximum) required.

 

Education Trust Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: April 15

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and full-time undergraduate or graduate student. Applicant must submit recommendations, statement, transcripts, and proposed study program (four copies of each). Selection is based upon academic excellence.

 

Thomas F. Seay Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be an Illinois resident enrolled in an real estate related program and have a minimum 3.5 GPA.

 

Morgan L. Fitch Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be an Illinois resident enrolled in a real estate related program and have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Applicant must be enrolled at University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

 

Academic Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be an Illinois resident enrolled in a real estate related field at a school in Illinois.

 

Lambda Alpha International/Phoenix Chapter Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must have completed minimum six credit hours in major and have declared a major. Applicant must be available to participate in interview with Lambda Alpha International Scholarship Committee.

 

C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation

Award: -, Deadline: December 1

Applicants must have completed a minimum of twelve college level course units within the last four years, at least two courses must have been Real Estate or Real Estate related studies. The applicant must be enrolled at the time of application in the minimum of six units, at least one course must be Real Estate or Real Estate related. Students must have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 2.6 or higher from all Colleges/Universities attended. Students must be a legal resident of the State of California for at least one year prior to the date of application and have a valid California Driver's license or California State Identification card. A copy of the license or ID card must be submitted with this application. Applicants must submit current official transcripts from all Colleges/Universities attended. Verification of current enrollment and at least two letters of recommendation must be submitted with the application. Applicant must also submit an essay of at least 300 words explaining career objectives.

 

Association of Real Estate Women Scholarship

Award: -, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must major in Real Estate and Metropolitan Development, who has a demonstrated financial need, graduated from a New York City public high school, and expects to pursue a career in real estate.

 

Patricia Collins Amaral Memorial Fund

Award: $600, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a senior who has a minimum 3.0 GPA and who has demonstrated the finest qualities of leadership through participation in campus organizations and has rendered service of significant benefit to the campus community.

 

Alumni Association Scholarship

Award: -, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must demonstrate community leadership and have met the award criteria established by the Alumni Association's Scholarship Committee. Applicant must have completed 12 credits last semester and 24 credits at Bridgewater State College as of December 31. Applicants who have transferred from Massachusetts Community Colleges, Dean College, or Quincy College are eligible to apply.

 

Ashland Board of Realtors

Award: $10,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Ashland High School who will attend a public nonprofit college or university.

 

Richard H. Crosser Memorial Scholarship

Award: $600, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from Lebanon High School who will pursue a post secondary education in a building trade (structural engineering, drafting, real estate). Preference given to Beazer residents.

 

Richard H. Crosser Memorial Scholarship

Award: $313, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Mt. Vernon High School who will attend a college or university in Indiana in pursuit of a two- or four-year degree in accounting, architecture, building trades, business, drafting, finance, real estate or structural engineering. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Richard H. Crosser Memorial Scholarship Fund

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Whiteland or Franklin High School who will attend a two- or four-year college or university in Indiana in pursuit of a degree in accounting, architectural engineering, architecture, business, drafting, finance, Industrial arts education, management, mechanical engineering, real estate sales or another field related to the building trades industry. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Liberato Family Scholarship Award

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be a Cheif Sealth High School senior who plans to study a business-related field. Preference is for the business field to be or include real estate, mortgage, or building/construction trades. Selection based upon merit and financial need, along with a combination of factors such as community service, leadership, and unusual circumstances.

 

Charles and Selma Knauss Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a full-time entering freshman, current student, or graduate student enrolled in the College of Business. Minimum 2.75 GPA (undergraduates) and 3.0 GPA (graduates) required.

 

CCAR Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: April 30

Applicant must have completed one year of full-time college study who has completed courses that reflect an emphasis on real estate, finance, and/or business. Applicant must be a resident of central Contra Costa County only in the communities of Alamo, Blackhawk, Clayton, Clyde, Concord, Danville, Diablo, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga/Canyon, Orinda, Pacheco, Pleasant Hill, Rossmoor, San Ramon and Walnut Creek. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Christopher N. Coppola Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Palm Beach, FL high school who will major in architecture, construction, real estate, urban analysis or a similar field. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

The Michael E. Farah Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: August 1

Applicant must be a resident of Tarrant County, TX, who plans to attend a college or university within the state of Texas. Financial need and 500-word essay required. Interest in pursuing a career in real estate and/or law is preferred.

 

Foundation Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: n/a

Applicant must be either an outstanding high school student entering college OR a college student attending an accredited college or university; must be reside within the boundaries of the Solano Association of Realtors (including Benicia, Cordelia, Green Valley, and Vallejo) and must intend to specialize in Real Estate or a business related field. Academic accomplishments and financial need must be demonstrated.

 

Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarship Fund

Award: $7,000, Deadline: July 1

Applicants must be women of any age pursuing a business or business-related program who demonstrate outstanding potential. Applicants must also have an outstanding academic record in their college career, and they must show intent to complete a business program.
