Alumni Association Scholarship

Applicant must demonstrate community leadership and have met the award criteria established by the Alumni Association's Scholarship Committee. Applicant must have completed 12 credits last semester and 24 credits at Bridgewater State College as of December 31. Applicants who have transferred from Massachusetts Community Colleges, Dean College, or Quincy College are eligible to apply.

 

Mildred R. Reeves Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: May 31

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and at least 30 credits completed at Dowling College. Selection is based upon academic achievement and financial need.

 

Sanofi Pasteur Computer Science Scholarship

Applicant must rank in the top 15% of class and have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1000.

Joseph G. Azar Scholarship

Applicant must graduate from a high school in the Maritime Provinces. Selection is based upon financial need and scholastic attainment.

 

UNB Associated Alumnae NB Science Fair Merit Award

Applicant must be a Grade XII participant in a New Brunswick Science Fair.

College of Business, Information, and Social Sciences Dean's Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and a minimum SAT reading and math combined score of 1200 (composite ACT score of 26). Three recommendations and a 1,000-word essay describing the applicant's professional and personal long-range goals are required.

HSF/Hewlett Packard Diversity in Education Scholarship Program

Applicant must be an underrepresented minority (African American, Latino, or American Indian) student who is looking to pursue a bachelor of science degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering at an HP scholarship university.

Freshman applicant must rank in the top quarter of their class, have a minimum 2.7 GPA and minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 850. Continuing student applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be able to demonstrate a strong interest in each discipline. Interview is required regardless of enrollment level.
